Charlie Liang is Tencent OMG’s general manager of advertising plat forms &products. After being awarded a Master of Computing degree from Purdue University, USA, he went on to gain over twenty years’ technology, software development, and product experience in Internet/TV advertising, big data platforms, and Internet video. He is now considered a top expert in these fields. Over his career he has worked at such renowned Internet, big data and technology companies as Inktomi, Narus and Cisco. He served as vice president of Cisco(China), and also as its global technical engineering director.
